Description

Provides a JavaScript SDK and embeddable widget that renders call controls, chat, and interaction history panels in any web application. Developers configure the widget layout, events, and styling without modifying platform server code.

Canonical use case

A custom agent portal built on React embeds the ExpertFlow widget SDK to add call controls and live chat to the portal without the development team needing access to backend telephony infrastructure.
