High-Availability and Failover Configuration

Description

Configures active-active or active-passive high-availability topologies with automatic failover across platform components — database, media server, and API layer. Maintains calls-in-progress and session state across failover events to minimise service disruption.

Canonical use case

A tier-1 bank requires 99.99% uptime for its contact centre; ExpertFlow is deployed in active-active mode across two data centres so that a single data centre failure results in zero dropped calls.
