Description

Integrates LiveKit as the WebRTC Selective Forwarding Unit (SFU) for browser-based voice and video sessions. Enables low-latency media delivery to web agent interfaces and customer-facing chat widgets without requiring SIP endpoints.

Canonical use case

A digital-first bank runs its agent desktop and customer web portal over LiveKit WebRTC, eliminating the need for desktop telephony clients and reducing call setup latency.
