ExpertFlow CX Platform REST API documentation, generated from Postman collections.

Status: PROVISIONAL — All endpoints require SA attestation before publication. Internal and development endpoints are not yet filtered from this scaffold. Do not treat this as authoritative API documentation until SA attests it.

Collections

  • CX Platform API — Full scaffold from 24 Postman collections (428 unique endpoints)

Coverage gaps

  • Endpoints missing descriptions: 276 endpoints have no human-readable description in the Postman source. SA review required.
  • GraphQL coverage: The REST scaffold covers only REST endpoints. ExpertFlow CX exposes GraphQL APIs (conversation search, agent search) that are not documented here. Q-API resolution pending.
  • Empty collections: 8 collections returned 0 extractable endpoints (CX Activities, Consent Seeking: IVR APIs, GetCXTenantById, IVR APIs, REST API CCAI, Scheduler Control apis, UCCX, web-widget-config-efcx4).
