Description

Stores voice and screen recordings linked to the corresponding Conversation and Session records. Supports configurable retention policies, storage tiers (hot, warm, cold), and retrieval APIs for playback or compliance export.

Canonical use case

A financial institution stores all call recordings for seven years on a cost-tiered storage backend, with the first 90 days in hot storage for easy supervisor access and older recordings in cold storage for compliance archiving.
