Description

Enables configuration of dynamic data-capture forms presented to agents during or after interactions — survey collection, script execution, compliance attestation, or structured disposition capture. Form schemas are version-controlled and can be triggered by routing or interaction events.

Canonical use case

A regulated financial adviser is presented with a structured fact-find form when a call is classified as 'advice-giving'; the form captures mandatory fields required for FCA compliance and saves the record to the Conversation.
