Description

Connects to Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise (CCE) via the Peripheral Gateway (PG) interface to synchronise agent state, deliver pre-route data, and retrieve CCE-originated call variables. Enables hybrid deployments where ExpertFlow and CCE coexist.

A bank running Cisco CCE integrates ExpertFlow to add digital channels and AI assistance on top of their existing CCE voice routing, surfacing CCE call variables to agents in the ExpertFlow interface.
